Frank Di Latte
Director
Frank has spent his entire professional career working in property development and construction. Frank is a fully qualified and registered builder, however his passion has always been property development and this is the area he has focused his energy towards.
Frank has focused on creating new projects and on the delivery of these projects for DG Corp, he has a hands on approach with all developments from the initial concept phase through to completion.
Developments completed recently include an $8M Mixed-Use Marina facility in Fremantle, a $23M Quest Apartment Hotel in Perth and a $30M Quest Hotel in Midland.
Frank works closely with all stakeholders in the property development business including financiers, consultants, builders, real estate agents and tenants. Frank has fostered many positive working relationships throughout his professional career which ensures a smooth transition from commencement to completion of projects.
Natalie De Felice
Director and Company Secretary
Natalie is a highly qualified professional with a strong governance background. Natalie commenced her professional career in 2001 as a Pharmacist in the Healthcare sector at St John of God Hospital in Subiaco and in 2005 completed a Masters of Business Administration specialising in Financial Management from the University of Western Australia.
Natalie became a Chartered Company Secretary in 2008 and is a member of the Governance Institute of Australia Ltd after having completed a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance where she was awarded the National Dux award for Corporate Administration.
Natalie has been involved in DG Corp for the past 15 years, with particular focus on the financial management of the commercial property investments portfolio. Natalie is responsible for the day-to-day financial management of DG Corp and meeting statutory obligations with all government and financial stakeholders.
Dominic Di Latte
Chairman
Dominic has spent his entire working life in the building and property development industry. He began his career as a tradesman and progressed to become a registered builder, finally starting his own development company in 1976.
Dominic’s success in residential housing led to commercial, retail, medium and high-density residential developments. With obvious hands-on experience, Dominic has an intrinsic understanding of every aspect of the industry. He takes a personal interest in every undertaking. Dominic’s passion for property, uncompromising approach to quality and meticulous attention to detail is the foundation of an ethos that flows throughout the Company.
Under Dominic’s chairmanship, DG Corp has been responsible for numerous successful residential, retail and commercial developments, including Box Building Apartments in Perth’s CBD and the sensitive heritage redevelopment of the Leederville Post Office into a mixed use asset.
